To update your phone number, first remove the existing one and then add a new number.
Important Note: Deleting your phone number will remove your message templates, reset your phone number limit, and erase your contacts and notifications from WANotifier and BroadlyNotifier.
To change your phone number, follow the instructions below:
1. Navigate to the Phone Numbers page in WhatsApp Manager and ensure you select the correct Meta Business Account linked to your WhatsApp Business Account.
2. You will find a list of all your phone numbers there. Click the trash can icon to remove a number.
3. Next, go to the WhatsApp Business Accounts page and remove the linked WhatsApp Business Account.
4. Return to the Dashboard page on our website and reload it. You should see a “Number Disconnected” error screen. If not, wait for 5 minutes and check again.
5. Click the Delete button to remove the connected number from our portal.
6. Once the page reloads, follow the on-screen instructions to add the number from the beginning.
