Contacts have various properties to help you organize and manage them effectively, including Lists, Tags, and Attributes. Here’s a brief overview of each:
Contact Lists #
Contact Lists are groups used to organize your contacts for better management. Each list can contain multiple contacts. For example, you can create lists such as Existing Customers, Event Attendees, or Facebook Leads.
In Broadly WA Notifier, you use these Contact Lists to send bulk marketing messages.
Contact Tags #
Tags act as labels assigned to contacts for easy identification and grouping. For example, a contact can be tagged as “Prospect”, while another contact may have multiple tags like “Prospect”, “Hot Lead”, or “Paid User”.
Custom Attributes
#
Custom Attributes are additional metadata fields for contacts. They allow you to store extra details such as City, State, Date of Birth, Website URL, PAN Number, and more. You can use attributes to save any additional information needed for your contacts.
