Contacts are essential for all marketing campaigns you run through Broadly WA Notifier. Every notification sent via our tool requires a contact to be added to your account. Additionally, our pricing plans are determined based on the number of contacts in your account.
Broadly WA Notifier offers a user-friendly, CRM-like dashboard where you can add or import contacts and send bulk notifications effortlessly.
You can organize your contacts using Contact Lists and enhance them with Custom Attributes to store additional information.
You can mark contacts as Subscribed or Unsubscribed. Notifications are sent only to Subscribed contacts, while those marked as Unsubscribed are skipped.
There are 3 ways you can add contacts to your account:
1. Add contact manually from the interface
2. Import Contacts using CSV
3. Add/Update Contacts using Webhook
